Refund Policy
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect. To qualify for a return, the item must have a manufacturing issue, such as failure to close, missing ear secure, or missing stones. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene policies, exchanges are not allowed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
